THE PROJECT
Villa Nativa is a condominium project of 09 2-story residences (loft style) with private access via a 6m-wide road, and individual parking for up to 02 cars per residence. The condominium grounds embrace a total area of 5,800m² of reconstituted Atlantic forest, affording privacy and spaciousness to individual residences, each in a dedicated area of approximately 500m².

The environmentally correct plan was designed according to principles of sustainable development. Surrounding Atlantic forest will be preserved as green zones, thus ensuring the privacy of each residence.

THE LOFT and the MODULAR DESIGN
Exclusive use of hardwood, which lends itself to modular adaptations, allows residents to shape the lofts to their individual needs within a total unit size of 128 m2 in 02 levels.

Construction style is exposed brick with an overall height ranging from 2.8m up to 07m and integrates the region’s natural lighting and ventilation, using hardwood columns and woodwork and having windows on all four sides.

We offer two basic construction models, with the option of modification:
Model A - Ground floor contains living room, veranda, bathroom, open kitchen and service area. Mezzanine contains master suite and veranda.
Model B – Ground floor contains living room, veranda, 01 bedroom, bathroom, open kitchen and service area. Mezzanine contains 01 bedroom with veranda + 01 bedroom and bathroom.

ADMINISTRATION
The condominium trustees function as leasors of the units, with the initial goal of meeting maintenance and administration costs and the long-term objective of realising a return on investment within 05 years.

LOCATION
As point of reference, Villa Nativa is situated between the pousadas Berea do Jeguy and Império do Sol, approximately 200m from the beach (Praia do Amor)
and 500m from central Pipa.

INVESTIMENT
For the last unit, the price is 75.000 Euros for Model B. Payment may be split into 04 monthly installments, starting when the contract is signed and ending upon completion of construction
(average building time is 04 months).
