The portions served in small glass plates can make you remember those Spanish Tapas, but the similarities stop right there. Beyond the traditional almôndega "tortillas" and aioli potatoes, the proposal here was to congregate recipes and ideas inspired by the most diverse and unusual cultures.
This way, you can be surprised at the flavor of the cool tuna with crust of sesame and gravy tarê, with our different ceviche or still in combinations as the Indian rice "Kashimir Pulao" and fish filet with curry, mango chutney and the Greek yogurt gravy "Tzatzic". All this prepared in our kitchen, with fresh ingredients everyday!
